To nominate a Stage 4 Breast Cancer candidate for the 2027 RETREAT4STAGE4, please review the important details below and submit your nomination starting January 11, 2027. Nominations close on April 15, 2027.
Our RETREAT4STAGE4 offers a vacation for 4 to 6 family members, including children aged 1 to 18. Nominees must be legal residents of the 50 U.S. states or D.C., and meet the age of majority in their state. Leslie's Week covers expenses for accommodations, a welcome reception, Family Day Celebration of Life, four programs (CIRCLE4STAGE4, HANDS4GIVERS, CLUB4KIDS, DREAMS4TEENS), Dollywood tickets, and gift bags for Stage 4 MBC women.
We select 25 Stage 4 Breast Cancer women and their families for the 2027 RETREAT4STAGE4 at the Dollywood DreamMore Resort, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, from August 1 - August 6, 2027. The Welcome Reception occurs on August 2, followed by our programs for women, partners, and children. The Family Day Celebration of Life BBQ Dinner is on August 4, featuring karaoke, Say Cheese Photo Booth with balloons, bubbles, cotton candy, and fun & happiness.
This retreat offers families time to connect and enjoy a vacation away from cancer.
